i may or may not have paddled a rec boat recently. (if that's a sissy thing to do, then i didn't!) so it went straight, that was nice, very nice. but the keel had me nervous. is it hugely different to paddle a rec boat? as far as turns and strokes and such? it was super hard to turn of course. but does the keel make you more apt to flip on turns? i flip a lot anyway. :shocked2: i didn't know if the keel gets caught more on turns or not? or if i'm just a sissy, which could be the case either way. any good reading on the differences?? i need to read stuff, i'm a dork. allen's all try this, do that, you'll get the hang of it. but i'd rather read it, analyze it, make sense of it, then try it, and probably flip.
