The economy monster hit so I’m taking a break from kayaking so here is a chance to buy every thing you would need to get into whitewater kayaking. All the gear on this list was bought between last Labor Day and now. There are no problems with any of the equipment listed. The Kayak was bought as a used demo for $850.00 and has a dent near the nose and some good scratches that shouldn’t be any problem. I truly hope that I will be back on the river in a year or two but there is no point in letting all this stuff lay around.
If you are new to kayaking and are wondering about the Jackson Super Hero I would recommend that you be 210 lbs or more(just my opinion) The Jackson team runs some really big water with this boat but it has some serious edges(chine) that may or may not be what you want.

2. Werner, Sherpa 197cm. straight shaft paddle $120
3. Astral, PFD medium/large 08 model $ 80
4. Astral, throw bag that fits in the PFD front. $ 20

6. Level Six, dry top X/large $ 110
7. Bomber, dry bottom large $ 100
8. Salamander, tow rope(quick release) $ 20
9.Gerber, River Shorty knife $ 20
10. NRS, Pogie(paddle mittens) and neoprem socks $ 30
11. Floatation air bags $ 20

I would like to sell this stuff as a bundle but will consider breaking it up.
I paid $1980+ for this gear and it retails for much more so this is truly my bottom line.
